About our jewelry and Rudraksha
Are the stones and seeds natural? Yes. At Rudra Love, we work exclusively with authentic Rudraksha seeds and hand-selected natural minerals. We do not use synthetic materials or imitations.
How should I care for my piece? To maintain the energy and integrity of the materials, we recommend avoiding direct contact with perfumes, creams, or chemicals. Although the seeds are resistant, it is preferable not to get them continuously wet (shower, pool, or sea) to preserve their natural finish.
What happens if the seed changes color? It's completely normal. Rudraksha tends to darken over time when it comes into contact with the skin's natural oils. This process is a sign of authenticity and that the seed is synchronizing with your energy.
Orders and Payments
Can I customize a bracelet or a Japamala? We love creating pieces with intention. If you want a specific mineral combination or a size that is not on the website, write to us at info@rudralove.es and we will study your proposal.
What payment methods do you accept? You can make your purchase securely by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, or Bizum.
Shipping and Returns
How long will my order take to arrive? Each piece is prepared to order, which takes us between 1 and 3 business days. Once sent by Correos, the delivery time is usually 1 to 2 days on the peninsula and 2 to 5 days on the islands.
Can I return a product? Yes, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to make a return, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please note that personalized products cannot be returned.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged? If you detect any issues upon receiving your package, contact us immediately with a photograph of the product's condition so we can resolve it quickly.
Spirituality and Use
How can I energetically cleanse my jewelry? In addition to the purification we perform in our workshop before shipping, you can cleanse your crystals and seeds by exposing them to incense smoke (sandalwood or palo santo) or by placing them in contact with selenite.
Do I have to believe in their properties for them to work? Rudraksha and minerals possess natural bioenergetic properties, but they work best when you give them a clear intention. Using your jewelry as a conscious reminder of your goals is, in itself, a transformative process.
